Timetable
- The registration desk closes 15 min. prior to the beginnig of each competition
- End of the event Saturday at ca. 20:00 hrs
- End of the event Sunday at ca. 19:00 hrs
- Latest information about the timetable:
- Saturday doors open at 8:30 am
- Sunday doors open at 7:30 am
- On Saturday a pre check-in for the competetions at Sunday is offered. This will take place at the check in desk between 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
- Latest information about safety and security:
- At the entrance there will be a bag check for all participants and spectators in place. Please arrive early at the competition venue. To prevent long waiting times, please take only the most necessary luggage into the event location. If possible, please deposited your suitcases until departure in your hotel. It is forbidden to take dangerous objects e.g. knives, weapons and similar into the arena. Glass bottles are forbidden as well. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please note that some competetions may delayed approximately 30 minutes due to the number of entries in 2019. The above stated "approximately" times
can be used as an indication.
Please be still at the first specified times in the hall and basically ready to start, because the final beginning times will arise at the
competetions day. We will keep you informed about the further procedure and announce the expected starting times. Of course, we will strive the
delay to be kept as low as possible.
The above indicated expected end times of the competetion days are not expected from this possibly delay.
