Victory for Latvia in the IDSF Junior II B Standard

Aleksandrs Aniscenko/Diana Mackevica won the IDSF Open Junior II B Standard of the 13th Summer Dance Festival by winnig all five dances. 43 couples participated in the contest, in which Jiri Vala/Aneta Krejci from Czech Republic reached second place. Reaching third place Aleksey Rovner / Lisa Rykovski (TSC Dortmund) were the best German couple.

IDSF Open Youth A Latin victory for Berlin

45 couples took part in this competition. The German youth champions Gregor Bronstein/Aigulim Gerich (Shall We Dance Berlin) won. The second place went to Maxim Stepanov/Viktoria Konstantinova from Pforzheim ahead of the only foreign couple in this final Karls Aniscenko/Paula Kukute from Latvia, the winners of the IDSF Open Junior II B Latin.

Double-victory for latvian twins

Karls Aniscenko/Paula Kukute won the IDSF Open Junior II B Latin, the second place went to his twin brother Aleksandrs with his partner Diana Mackevica. The best German couple were the German national champions Nikita Schneider/Jaqueline Joos from Pforzheim on place three, ahead of Aleksey Rovner/Lisa Rykovski from Dortmund.

Alexandru Ionel/Cordula-Patricia Beckhoff win the IDSF Open Youth competition

The winner of the first IDSF Youth A Standard competition of the 13. Summer Dance Festival is the german couple Alexandru Ionel/Cordula-Patricia Beckhoff (Rot-Weiß –Klub Kassel). The second place of the 27 couples went to Daniel Buschmann/Katarina Bauer, place three went to the only foreign couple in the final, Leonid Akulenko/Anna Lozhkina (RUS).< br>

With a little dealy 2011's Summer Dance Festival has started on all four floors. After the first round the IDSF world ranking torunament of Youth A Modern starts with 27 couples.

Anti Doping Declaration

In 9 days begin the 13. Summer Dance Festival with couples from 9 nations.
Due to the IDSF Anti Doping statutes, all couples participating in the IDSF competitions within the Summer Dance Festival (Youth A Latin and Standard, Juniors II B Latin and Standard) have to sign a consent for athletes wherein they formally accept the IDSF Anti Doping code. Therefore, before checking in at the registration desk, the form has to be filled out and signed. The form is available for download. Please hand out the form at the checkin desk. Participation isn't possible without the completely filled out consent. To avoid unnescessary delays at the checkin, you can download theAnti Doping Declaration (Acrobat reader needed) and fill it out at home.

Summer Dance Festival 2011

The Summer Dance Festival 2011 will this year for the first time held in the arena of the Max-Schmeling-Halle. On four dancefloors all competetions from the Juveniles D to the IDSF World rankings for Junior II and Youth will take place. The website of the Summer Dance Festival has now been completely revised. Summer Dance Festival is over

The 12th Summer Dance Festival is over. With 721 real starts it was the third biggest SuDaFe of all times. The dancers came from Germany, Poland, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Latvia and Russia. The 46 competitions were judged by 47 adjudicators, ad more than 75 helpers worked three days to make this as incredible as the event of the last year.
Don't miss the SuDaFe in 2011, the date is the 11th and 12th of June.

Victory fpr Latvia in the IDSF Junior II Ballroom

In the last competition of the 2010 Summer Dance Festival, the victory went to Nils Jugans/Jelizaveta Jermilova from Lativa. They won all five dances. Between place two and three, it was a very tight. The race for place two was decided in the last dance, with the better end for Erik Kem/Michelle Kaiser. Place three went to Vadim Lehmann/Mariya Vakhnina.

IDSF Youth Latin for Gencarelli/Mkrtchjan

The second day of the 12th Summer Dance Festival started with the IDSF Youth Latin. 46 couples took part in this competition. All of the six finalists were from Germany. After a 4:1 decision, Guido Gencarelli/Angelika Mkrtchjan (Aschaffenburg) only had to give the Jive to the couple on place two, Artur Balandin/Anna Salita (Velbert). The third place went to Rami Schehemi/Lilli Hils (Dresden).
